Pflege:
- Licht: Bevorzugt indirektes Licht, einen hellen Standort. Halbschatten wird ebenfalls vertragen, aber die Blüte ist bei ausreichender Beleuchtung üppiger. Vermeiden Sie direkte Sonneneinstrahlung, da diese die Blätter verbrennen kann.
- Boden: Bevorzugt einen gut durchlässigen Boden, reich an organischer Substanz. Eine Mischung aus Blumenerde mit Perlit und Torf ist ideal, um die nötige Drainage zu gewährleisten.
- Bewässerung: Die Bewässerung sollte regelmäßig erfolgen, wobei der Boden gleichmäßig feucht, aber nicht durchnässt gehalten wird. Lassen Sie den Boden zwischen den Wassergaben leicht antrocknen, um Wurzelfäule zu vermeiden. Im Winter die Bewässerung etwas reduzieren.
- Luftfeuchtigkeit: Anthurium bevorzugt eine hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit. Regelmäßiges Besprühen der Blätter oder die Verwendung eines Luftbefeuchters kann besonders in den Wintermonaten vorteilhaft sein.
- Temperatur: Die Pflanze gedeiht am besten bei Temperaturen zwischen 18-25°C. Temperaturen unter 15°C sollten vermieden werden, und die Pflanze sollte vor kalten Zugluft geschützt werden.
- Düngung: Düngen Sie die Pflanze einmal im Monat während der Wachstumsperiode (Frühling und Sommer) mit einem ausgewogenen Flüssigdünger für Zimmerpflanzen. Im Herbst und Winter die Düngung reduzieren.
- Vermehrung: Anthurium vermehrt sich durch Teilung des Horstes oder durch Stängelstecklinge. Die Teilung erfolgt am besten im Frühling.
- Häufige Probleme: Die Pflanze kann von Schädlingen wie Spinnmilben, Blattläusen und Schmierläusen befallen werden. Kontrollieren Sie die Pflanze regelmäßig und behandeln Sie sie bei Bedarf mit geeigneten Insektiziden. Übermäßiges Gießen kann zu Wurzelfäule und Schimmelbildung führen.

Alba packaging stinks

Complete waste of money! I ended up tossing it out because it’s IMPOSSIBLE to use. You should be able to twist the top to lock/unlock and spray it. NOPE. The top just spins and doesn’t catch or you cannot twist it at all. It’s also virtually impossible to spray. I had to hold it against my torso and press with both thumbs to get it to spray. Meanwhile, it’s leaking, the bottle is getting slippery. And then the spray goes EVERYWHERE, it’s not a narrow spray but it’s as if you’re dusting crops. I tried to see if it needed a certain pressure point, two fingers, bloody hell it’s not a Magic Mouse you should be able to unlock and spray it with one hand.
Anyway, Alba needs to do some QC on their packaging. The last pump lotion I got, the pump also did not work. It just spun and spun and could not be unlocked. I had to wash and reuse the pump from an old bottle.

Best sunscreen brand! Fair, sensitive-skinned and rely on this

Alba Botanica is my favorite brand for sunscreen products and it checks all the boxes on my list: Excellent long lasting coverage, fine mist spray and easy coverage cream versions, great for my sensitive skin (no breakouts- I do NOT use it on my face though), the Hawaiian fragrance is pleasant, it’s reef safe (a big one for me as a snorkel/dive aficionado), and organic ingredients. The large size lasts 5 full days when on a boat all day in the Carribbean, and I only apply it twice (once in morning, and again midday.) I have fair skin, and I never burn. The spray version is, by nature of its aerosol capacity, a bit drying on the skin, but this is to be expected, and it creates a long lasting barrier. The cream version is a wonderful emollient, although not quite as long lasting. Best deal is only in the summer season at CostCo for a 2 pack... in my searches, Amazon has the best deal otherwise.

Good sunscreen
This sunscreen works well, and has coconut oil base, which is good for your skin. The cans have an adequate amount in them, but I would also like to see something twice their size, if that's possible.
