##This mix of yellows, red, peach, and coral colored blooms is a beautiful addition to bouquets and dried floral arrangements. We love to harvest strawflower in bundles and hang upside down to dry for projects later in the season for use in garlic braids and winter wreaths. Their bright, papery stiff blooms continue to thrive with each harvest as the plants branch out, all the way until the first frost. Flowers keep their cheerful color as dried flowers for years. Strawflower is native to Australia, and is a member of the Asteraceae family. They’re similar to daisies, but what appears to be petals are actually modified leaves called bracts. These bracts are papery and stiff, and make excellent dried flowers. ##Saltwater Seeds##Certified Organic by WA Dept. of Ag.##Seed grower since 2021##//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0129/8922/files/Saltwater_Seeds.jpg?v=1639377886##We are focused on growing open-pollinated seeds adapted for the Maritime Northwest. Our dog is addicted
Size: Medium (1 Pack)
I’ve bought so many of these, our 65lb golden loves them. She also loves to leave them outside in bushes never to be found again. She also seems to love just carrying them around like they are her therapy toy,
They stand up to a LOT of chewing while playing fetch, and sometimes on the way back in the house. I’ve never seen a puncture but wouldn’t suggest leaving them unattended or using them as chew toys.
They bounce great on packed dirt and have a faint whistle if thrown hard enough.
