Crafted of durable polyester canvas, this lightweight storage bag is designed to help streamline trips with your little one. Outside, a modern, minimal silhouette with reflective logo tag and trim for visibility in high traffic or low light provides easy access to essentials you might need while out and about. Inside, the roomy interior with a supported bottom holds a maximum of 7 lb. — your diaper bag, a change of clothes, baby blanket, wipes or other items. You have a choice of two ways to open the bag: one side of the storage bag features a premium chrome zipper for two-handed access while the other side features magnetic release for times when you have only one hand free. A mesh window set into the front of the storage bag allows you to see through to the inside, so you can quickly spot an item you need to grab in a hurry — without digging. Cutouts near the top of the bag integrate with your DualRide infant car seat belt path for easy attachment in seconds — these double as handholds so you can remove and carry the bag as a shopping tote. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Bought 3 year warranty for new Dyson vacuum for $76. On day 2 the battery for vacuum would not lock into place. In order to have a functioning vacuum as quickly as possible, I purchased a second battery from Amazon. That resolved the problem, proving the battery was the problem, not the vacuum. I filed a claim with Assurion, which included sending photos, receipts, etc. The claim was still "processing" for a week. I got on a chat with Assurion, and for nearly an hour I tried to explain why it was unnecessary for me to return the whole vacuum. I asked for a supervisor, but they advised me to call because no supervisor was available. I called, and after finally getting through the computer system, I got the same run around. Finally a supervisor came on the line to tell me that this was actually an Amazon or a Dyson problem, and that I would need to return the entire vacuum. Also they would not "reimburse" for the battery I purchased. I never wanted reimbursement, I only wanted a functional battery - which is what I paid for. The supervisor told me I could "contact" Amazon. Everyone knows there is no human to contact at Amazon. You can keep the product, or you can return the product. As previously stated, I do not want to return the vacuum. Finally, the supervisor connected my call to Dyson. They refused to help me because I purchased the vacuum through Amazon. After two wasted hours, I ended up just where I suspected I would...without any help at all. I am going to try to "return" the useless Assurion warranty.
