Just a little background on the plant, it is in 65-72F and 70+ humidity. It is good to let them stay in similar environment for now and slowly acclimate to the new environment.

All plant sales are final. However, any issues must be brought to my attention within 24 hours of the plant‘s delivery. The plants are always packed safely and with care. Nevertheless, We are not liable for any USPS-responsible damage in shipping and will not provide refunds for same. Refunds will only be offered for our mistake once reviewed. I actually purchased another brand to see if I could distinguish the difference between the two. This particular sheepskin is by far the better of the two purchases. FYI: When the package was opened, there was no distinct odor. That's a huge plus! I will admit that the size was slightly smaller than expected. It really doesn't matter much in the space I'm using it for though. My miniature Dachshund loves it! If you're trying to find a high quality sheepskin, and you don't need to cover a very large space, this is definitely the one to buy!
