With this Total Hip Machine from Med80 ( Built by Gym80 but with medical device approval (Made in Germany!) you can effectively but also gently train various leg muscles such as hamstrings or adductors and abductors while standing. You can train the hip flexors and extensors as well as the abductors and contractors while standing on one leg. The Multi Hip Kick machine offers a variety of setting options to perfectly tailor the fitness equipment to your needs. The pivot point is adjustable and can be set exactly at hip height. This is achieved as follows: The entire training arm (including handles on the sides) can be adjusted in height in 11 steps and the angle and alignment of the leg pad can be fine-tuned in 18 different steps. The starting angle can be set in 20 steps from the top right once clockwise to the top left. The fitness equipment is equipped with an extra large plug-in weight block with 155kg in 5kg steps . The strength training device is also perfect for rehabilitation and medical patients as it is a medical device according to 93/42/EEC Class I (MPG and MDD Medical Devices Act) .

Great paper good price

This is a solid everyday paper option that does exactly what it’s supposed to do.
The packaging was good—everything arrived in perfect condition with no bent corners or damaged reams. It’s nice not having to deal with warped paper right out of the box.
Printing quality has been consistent. I’ve used it for both home and work printing, and it feeds smoothly through the printer without jams. The brightness is good too—text comes out clear and sharp, and colors look decent for standard copy paper.
Overall, it’s reliable, good quality paper at a fair price. I’d definitely buy it again.
