Spreading seeds by hand is a learned art and must be done carefully to ensure even application and complete coverage. These seeds are extremely small and difficult to spread evenly by hand. Hand application often leads to clumping and over-seeding. For best results, use a bulking agent or carrier such as compost, sand, or sawdust. Our Easy Spread Shakers and our Easy Spread Bulk Containers include organic compost and soil builders to help spread the seeds easily.

- How To Start Your Flowering Lawn Journey -- No need to remove grass; simply mow existing grass very short, spread the flowering lawn seed into the grass evenly, water it, and watch it grow!

- Reduce Maintenance Costs -- Self-Heal reduces the need to mow. Once your flowering lawn is established, it won't require watering, except in periods of extended drought. Self-Heal flowering lawns are also deer resistant.
- What To Expect When Using Flawn Seed -- With regular watering, Self-Heal or All-Heal will germinate in 2-3 weeks, and plants will be small for the first couple of months. After the first growing season, it will bloom purple flowers with a touch of pink about 2-6" tall from June to August, creating a vital nectar and pollen source for our friendly pollinators. Watering regularly after seeding and through dry periods is critical for success.
- Pure Flower Seeds -- Unlike other brands, Flawn Seed doesn't use grass seed fillers. Our specialty seed contains Self Heal Seed. Flowering seeds have longer germination periods and mature slower than grasses. Mature flowering lawns with many blooms can take up to 6-24 months to fully establish, especially in thicker grass lawns that have been heavily fertilized in the past.
Seeding Information:
When to Seed: Spring, late summer, or early fall when rains are frequent and temperatures are moderate. Do not seed if a frost is forecast. Can also be dormant seeded on frozen ground.
Site Preparation: Mow at .5-1", remove clippings and rake any additional thatch. The soil must be visible and loosened up before seeding or seed will likely not grow.
Watering: Lightly water after seeding to start germination process. Prevent soil from completely drying out for a period of 1-2 weeks, then water as needed if seedlings start wilting.
Mowing: Maintain a height of 3" for the first year. This prevents the grass and any weeds from crowding out the baby Flawn seedlings.
Fertilizer: For lawns that have not been fertilized recently it may be beneficial to apply a low nitrogen organic fertilizer 2-3 months after seeding such as a 8-0-4 or similar.
Weed Control: It is best to remove excessive weeds by hand or natural methods before seeding. After seeding, remove unwanted weeds as desired. WARNING: Do not broadcast apply weed killers as they will kill the plants.

I am so happy about Morgan Adam’s newest book!! The amount of love in this story!! I was holding onto to my seat for sure!!! Morgan is an amazing author/friend!! When I saw my name in your book I was screaming happy tears!! You are truly the best!! Your books will be cherished and talked about forever!!! This book surprised me at so many moments!! I had a lot of fun reading it and believing that love takes time and it does exist!!! A Conflict of Interest had me so hooked I could not stop reading and I wanted to find out more!!! So beautifully written!!! Super sexy and so cute, sapphic book with a doctor and lawyer so hot!! Darcy would be so proud of them!! This is so sweet and def so hot!! The cutest rom com yet!! Loved
Format: Kindle
This story had me hooked from just the first few chapters. I literally could not put it down, I love a good forbidden love story and this was just *chefs kiss*.
I could feel the chemistry between Ana and Rachel from the moment they met. Their conversations are so well written, I loved the banter between them both. The drama throughout the book had me saying "just one more chapter before I take a break". I appreciated that you can tell that the author was knowledgeable about both of the main characters profession and religion and that the book took a focus on recognizing the characters differences and showing Ana take the time to learn about Rachel's religion. That was such a great touch that I loved.
The only reason that I gave this book 4 stars instead of 5 is that the resolution of the drama and story seemed a bit anticlimactic. There was all this tension from secrets kept that once they came out both characters seemed to move on and get their happily ever after.
Overall, I loved this book and its characters. I definitely will be picking up any book that this author puts out!

Amazing read!

I loved this book so much! I might be a little biased because I loved the first one so much and I’ve been dying for Ana to get happy ending ever since, but it was definitely a good book all around.
Ana and Rachel were absolutely perfect for each other. They have the kind of opposing personalities that fit together like a puzzle. Where Rachel was a little more reserved and polished, Ana was more outgoing and messy. They didn’t clash, they completed each other. I’m not going to lie, love that they’re a doctor and a lawyer because they’re giving sapphic power couple.
I also loved all of the supportive family members and best friends in this book. Stella and Charlotte were super cute and I hope we get to see them again in a later book.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for an opposites attract, doctor/lawyer romance. This is the second book that I’ve read from Morgan and it seems like she doesn’t miss.

Sapphic Lawyer and Doctor

I loved this book… which is why I was very disappointed when the conflict was “solved” so easily and lowkey brushed past. We are waiting for this secret to come out that Rachel has been holding onto. There’s obviously conflict of interest with Ana and Rachel. But the way they solved it? I didn’t feel like it was realistic and it felt like both women were like, “Okay, that’s over, everything is kosher now(pun intended?). It honestly prevented me from giving it 5 stars. The ending seems so rushed.
But other than that, I loved both characters! I loved learning about Jewish culture and loved how the author portrayed it. Both MCs are fleshed out, in depth characters. The author had a good balance of humor

Enjoyable Doctor, Lawyer Romance
Format: Paperback
A very enjoyable and engaging story. The medical and legal aspects of this story was very fascinating. I never get tired of reading romances that are about those troupes. The romance between the main characters was very sweet with not A lot of drama or angst. Sometimes I prefer A story with less drama and angst. I like when characters in A story can be reasonable and work out their problems without all the drama. Ana and Rachel are those characters. There's A few witty moments in this book that made me smile and laugh out loud A few times throughout this story. The supporting characters were written well and helped to make this an even better reading experience. I will definitely be on the lookout for more books by this author.
