The medium size Jade Pothos available to our NYC and NJ customers is a refreshing and vibrant addition to any plant collection. One of the several variations of the Epipremnum aureum, it can grow pretty quickly when cared for properly. When indoors, it’s vines can reach several feet in length or height. Some parts of the world refer to this plant as the Devil’s Ivy.

A Plant That Talks

Pothos plants, in general, are pretty resilient and make great plants for beginners. They don’t freak out over poor air circulation, need to be watered too often, and do pretty well in indirect sunlight. This means they can be further away from the windows. Additionally, if you forget to water it once it should bounce back pretty quickly, they tend to overcome dry spells easily. The plant will react negatively, however, if you water it too much. Make sure to let the water completely drain before you water your Jade again.

Tropical Hanging Beauty

The Jade Pothos will eventually grow long, full, cascading arms that can hang over 3 feet in length if grown properly. At this medium stage, the Jade is still pretty small in size, its vines approximately 12 inches tall give or take.

Cleaner Air

Pothos plants are great for purifying the air of the rooms they’re in. They absorb surrounding toxins through tiny pours in their leaves and then release clean oxygen back into the environment. I don't write many reviews, especially for supplements, which are often overhyped by influencers, and results can seem so subjective. I decided to try creatine after following Dr. Louisa Nicola, who advocates it for physical and cognitive health. Late 50s, post-menopause, diagnosed with pre-osteoporosis, have always been pretty active and a healthy weight, but started to get serious about strength training about 15 months ago. Some moderate improvements in what I could lift, but not as much as I'd hoped. I was getting discouraged. Six weeks ago, I started this creatine (1 scoop daily), and the past few weeks, it's like a switch has flipped. I've been able to increase my weights, my strength is suddenly improving (especially in my core/back, which in turn improves my balance and flexibility), and I'm seeing the tiniest bit of definition starting to show in my shoulders, back, and abs. For an ectomorph body type (long, lean, low muscle mass, hard gainer), it's been amazing. The only thing I've changed in my diet and activity is adding this supplement. I wish I had tried this a year ago when I first bought it then shoved it to the back of my cupboard. At that time, I was a little freaked out when I read that it can cause water retention. I haven't had that at all, and I haven't had any digestive issues. Mixed with plenty of water, it's tasteless and easy to fit into my day. I'm also intrigued by the cognitive protection it can potentially provide (again, as stated by Dr. Nicoloa). Alzheimer's runs in my family, and I'm doing everything I can to hopefully prevent it.
