This special cake topper is truly unique. Celebrate your special day with this beautiful monstera plant topper. We aren't your typical cake topper shop - all of our products begin as a piece of papercutting artwork created by founder Ali Harrison - Ali uses an x-acto blade to carve out unique designs into paper - we then scan the original paper piece to transform it into a beautiful lasercut wooden piece of art. Our original cake toppers are beautiful and different - and will really make your cake stand out. Even the font used in this topper is based on a hand-cut papercutting. You are purchasing a piece of wooden artwork to be cherished on your cake and after your special day. 

SIZE
Measures 5" wide by 8" tall (not including the sticks). Pictured on a 6" cake. The sticks measure approx 3". If you need this topper a different size please message us. 

CUSTOMIZATION
This topper can be purchased with the current text "sail away with me" or with your custom message! Just select the custom text option and include the message you'd like the topper to read in the "Order Notes" field at the bottom left side of the cart page. The font we used is our "papercut" font - based on hand-cut paper letters that we scan and create into a unique looking font. The last photo has a photo of the each of the characters in this font. All letters will be lowercase.

PROOF
Proof Requests: if you'd like a proof of the piece before it ships please include "proof request" in the notes upon purchase. This may add an additional week to shipping times. As this piece is hand lettered each one will look different - we suggest getting a proof for this piece. We do not provide refunds for customized items. 

MATERIAL
This item is cut from high quality Baltic birch plywood 1/8" thick. The wood is sanded on both sides and looks great from all angles. The wood is untreated. We do not provide painting options but this wood can be easily spray painted to the colour of your choice. We are happy to provide scrap pieces of wood for paint testing for no additional charge - please request them in the "Order Notes" upon purchase.

SHIPPING
This item takes approx 3-5 days before shipping. All of our items ship ONLY on Fridays.

Canada: Once the item is shipped delivery time is 3-7 business days.
USA: Once the item is shipped delivery time is 2-5 business days.
Europe: Once the item is shipped delivery time is *usually* within 10 business days but can take up to 21 business days. 
Elsewhere: Once the item is shipped delivery time is 21 business days. 
Please note that items outside of Canada/USA might be charged duties upon arrival - you are responsible for paying all duties/customs fees.

Please contact us if you need the item for a quickly approaching date. Unfortunately we do not provide refunds for items that do not arrive for a specific upcoming date.
