  • How to Plant Tulip Bulbs?

    Plant tulip bulbs in well-drained soil. Tulips do not like wet soil, if water pools in the area they are planted add compost to help improve drainage.Plant Tulip bulbs 6-8" deep. The pointed end of the bulb should be facing the sky.Place the soil that was removed from the planting hole over the Tulips. Water the bulbs in after the initial planting. Avoid watering after the planting as they prefer to be dry in winter.

  • Bouquet Planting Tulips

    For a full bouquet appearance plant 5 bulbs per one 10-12" wide planting hole. The bulbs can be planted 1-2" from each other in this larger hole.

  • Planting Tulips in Pots

    Tulips can be planted in pots in temperate climates that do not experience many freeze and thaw cycles. If tulips are planted in pots in above ground containers in a climate that has varying winter temperatures the pots will need to be insulated to protect the bulbs from the effects of the freezing and thawing that may occur.

  • What to do when your Tulips are done blooming?

    The flower stems can be removed once the blooms have faded. Keep the leaves intact until they yellow, wither and can easily be removed from the soil. The leaves gather energy from the sun after the blooms fade to provide energy for the next seasons blooms. If possible, keep the bulbs dry during summer, as they prefer dry conditions when dormant.

All bulbs need from you is to be placed in the ground at the appropriate season of year, given a liberal drink of water then left to work their magic.

    Is It a bulb ?

    The Difference Between Bulbs, Corms, Tubers, Roots,Today, people commonly us the term 'bulb' to refer to any plant that stores its own food underground. But, in truth, many popular 'bulbs' are not true bulbs at all. These include corms, tubers and roots and, while they all produce beautiful flowers, technically the plants are different

    When To Plant

    In fall, after soil temperatures are below 50ºF/10ºC. These bulbs bloom the following spring and require the cold winter temperatures for development. But let's say winter arrives and your bulbs are still in their bag. Not to worry! Bulbs are pre-programmed to grow so even if you have to plant through snow, plant your bulbs!

    How To Plant

    Most bulbs thrive in either full or partial sun and in almost any location with good drainage. Avoid planting at the base of hills or under drainage pipes where water collects and will rot the bulbs.

    • Water thoroughly

    Tips For success

    • A larger grouping of flower bulbs are far more fab than just a few planted here and there. Think clumps of color.
    • Buy the largest bulbs you can find.
    • Note the flowering times. Not all bulbs will bloom at the same time. A little planning will greatly increase the number of months you will enjoy bulb flowers.

    All items are shipped usually within 2 working days (usually sooner) except plug plants. Plants only dispatch Monday-Thursday to avoid problems with live plants sitting in a postal depot over the weekend. During busy periods , due to the nature of product and extra care needed when packing and preparing for post, please allow up to 7 days for delivery (depending on day purchased). Plants are only dispatched when crops are ready to travel , therefore some multi orders may be delivered separately and occasionally it may be necessary to hold back dispatch until plants are ready. Shipping is either via Post  or 24/48 Hour courier depending on order size/weight etc. at our discretion. Please be patient when ordering plants as you cannot rush nature. Please be aware delivery dates shown by Seedsplant are estimates only and do not apply to live plant orders. Any orders returned to us by Post or Courier will incur a further postage charge to resend.

    You may return all unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund less P&P charges. Any items received damaged in transit must be notified in writing/email within 24 hours of receipt. Live plants should arrive in perfect condition , If however for some reason they do not please contact us immediately upon receipt. A full refund including original P&P will be made for any items not as described or wrong part no etc. All returns must include your full details with a copy of original receipt. You may cancel any transaction as long as notice is received before item(s) are / have been dispatched.

    I bought this AmazingSpark soundproof room divider panel because I work from home and needed a way to separate my workspace from the rest of the room — and honestly, it’s been such a great solution. I use it mostly in my home office, but I’ve also tried it in our guest room when I needed a little quiet space to focus, and it worked perfectly. The first thing I noticed was how sturdy and well-made it feels. The fabric panels are thick and tightly stretched, and the frame has a solid feel without being too heavy to move. I really like that it comes with straps and a stand, so it stays put even if you have pets or kids running around.     The AmazingSpark Soundproof room divider panel has been a fantastic addition to my classroom. Its sound-absorbing design noticeably reduces noise, which makes small group instruction, testing sessions, and independent work time much more manageable. The panel is lightweight yet sturdy. The included stand and straps keep it securely in place. I appreciate how easily it folds - setup and storage take only a minute, which is perfect for transitioning from one activity to another. The grey color looks clean and professional, and I can use push-pins to hang displays on the board. The divider delivers exactly what teachers need: privacy, noise reduction, flexibility, and durability.     Panel measures 48x6 and is super easy to install/put up. It's made of a soft thick material that has an accordion shape style/design and stands up nicely wherever you put it. Quality of the material is good- it's light, easy to use and can be moved with ease. It's also sturdy for being soft and does the job if you're looking for a room divider if this size. The height is shorter than the standard style divider but serves the purpose. Says it has 'soundproof properties'- may absorb some noise but you can still hear. I'd recommend it if you're looking for this style of partition wall for privacy. Noise factor not sure but the material it's made of looks like it should absorb some noise. Moreso recommended for the function, separation and quality.
