Where are H Potter products made? 

H Potter items are manufactured at our partnered factory in India. Glass terrariums are handcrafted in India and China.

Does H Potter offer discounts? 

H Potter does not offer discounts, but we do offer fast, free shipping and exceptional customer service.

Can H Potter provide detailed information about warehouse deals? 

We do not have specific pictures or information regarding each individual warehouse deal item. Warehouse deals are typically customer returns or photo shoot items. We inspect items upon their return to make sure glass is not broken, items have not been used or major components are not missing, this said, items could have dents or dings, hardware may be missing, outer boxes may show wear and tear. It is not feasible to provide specific photos detailing the issues as each individual item would need its own sku identification.

Does H Potter ship outside of the United States? 

Currently, H Potter is not offering shipping outside the lower 48.

Does H Potter offer replacement parts? 

H Potter does not keep an inventory of replacement parts. If an item arrives and a small part is damaged, please contact us for solutions.

Does H Potter offer replacement glass?

What is H Potter’s return policy?

Materials & Care 

H Potter planters are made with stainless steel. To create the antique copper finish, first the planters are electroplated with a copper finish, next we apply a hand-rubbed antique finish and the final step is an application of a high grade clear-coat protective sealer. To add a bit of extra protection to the finish, you might choose to apply a coat or two of clear spray paint annually to the inside and outside of the planter. This can be purchased in a spray can at a hardware type store. You might also choose to apply this protective covering before first use.

Your water may contain minerals, chlorine and/or fluoride which may by unfriendly to the finish on the planter. H Potter planters are not designed to be used as fountains. Water spilling over the sides of the planter may affect the finish of the planter and/or may cause water stains or water spots. Additives in the soil used might also contain chemicals which when over-watered may spill over the sides and run down the planter potentially affecting the finish. 

We choose to clean our planters with a soft, non-abrasive cloth along with water and a small amount of mild dish soap.

If you are using the planter outdoors, you might consider inside storage during the winter based on the weather conditions in your area.

These bras are outstanding! Both the band and cup size fit are exactly as they should. Having bottom heavy breast means I always have to have a underwire. Lace material with underwire can be tricky for us with larger bra sizes, as the underwire can be uncomfortable and the lace tends to be hard and scratchy on the skin. A beautiful garment can become uncomfortable and tear easily, if not made well. That has not been my experience with these bras at all. I have purchased them several times. The material is nice and softens after it has been washed. They maintain shape and hold well. For this quality and delicacy, I would normally pay upwards of $60 per bra. I’m sure you are coming here reading reviews thinking “I don’t know. No bra has ever fit me right before. How will I know this bra is any different?” And let me be the first to tell you I was right there with you. I have been bra shopping for what feels like forever. For context I am a G cup and finding bras that fit nice seems like something I’d only find in my dreams. I have gotten bras from Torrid, Victoria Secret, Lane Bryant, Kohls, Walmart, you get the idea. Yes I know there are plenty of other sites but I don’t want to spend $80+ for a bra! Between them either hurting like hell from the wire, feeling like I was wearing a corset that was made for a door, or having absolutely no support/coverage, I contemplated just wearing no bra at all. I had such “luck” that I thought “maybe if I wear a sports bra all the time these problems would go away.” You guessed it! They in fact did not. I even tried no underwire and sure the wire pain was gone but good ol back pain came in at full swing. I would have constant issues with spillage and not feeling supported (and DONT even get me started on the uniboob)that I began to think I was the problem. Fortunately, a couple of days ago, I had discovered HSIA. I can’t stress enough to you how wonderful this bra is. It’s not only supportive but it’s also comfortable, breathable, and full coverage. And a added bonus: IT LOOKS AMAZING. This bra has changed my depressive outlook on bras to the most positive outlook. So much so I’m wearing this bra FOR FUN. 10/10 would recommend. It fits true to size. Straps are comfortable, no pinching. Under wire is very comfortable and does not dig into my rib cage. There is no padding, but still feels/looks great. Some shirts you can see the lace material but they have another bra that is smooth (I bought that one too) that fits just as great. I personally did not experience any itching like some other people were saying but I’d say just give it a try. If you made it this far reading this just buy it and see for yourself :)
