A glorious mix of wildflowers. There are 40-odd varieties in this packet that are predominantly spring and summer flowering annuals. You are best to re-sow or over-sow with fresh seeds each year. Guaranteed to bring colour and interest wherever spread. Coverage is based on 1/2 gram per square meter. Height of the flowers vary between 60cm-90cm. It is advisable to prepare the ground (till or soften the soil) and water regularly to begin with. There is a false belief that you can just throw wildflower seeds on hard ground and they will grow! Preparing the ground so that the seed can settle into the soil also reduces the risk of rodents and birds enjoying a free feed!Shipping Notes

So far, so good
Size: 90 Count (Pack of 2)
I just started taking these yesterday and I don't know if it's my imagination or not, but I have so much more energy today. My body was seriously lacking fruits and veggies for a very long time. It's not easy taking 3 at a time and then remembering to take 3 more again at another time, but I will do it as long as it makes me feel better. The fruit capsules don't have any smell to them. The vegetable capsules kind of smell like broccoli. I like broccoli, so it doesn't bother me, but I did burp some after taking the vegetable capsules. It's a small price to pay for giving my body some of the nutrients it has been craving for such a long time. I really hope this works and I will continue to get these for a few months to see if it is really making a difference. Good buy and made in the USA; a plus for sure! I will keep you posted.

Pretty Big Capsules, be aware
Size: 90 Count (Pack of 2)
They're very big capsules. If you have trouble swallowing they are not for you. Gummies are probably better suited for you. I give these the rating of 3 stars due to the capsule size and the recommended dosage of 3 per day.

Don’t forget your fruits and veggies
Size: 90 Count (Pack of 2)
I didn’t have any side effects other than I did not feel guilty for not eating all the vegetables and fruit fruits that I should be consuming. I don’t know if it was my mind since I really just started them a week or so ago, but for me, I felt more energy. I even bought the children’s.
For my grandkids
