Melissa’s Rose Gold Medley™ Potatoes are a mix of creamy Dutch Yellow® and Dutch Red® potatoes.

Both varieties are small round potatoes with creamy interior and thin exterior skins. Dutch Yellow® potatoes have yellow skin and flesh, and its sister, the Dutch Red® potatoes have a yellow flesh with a beautiful thin red skin. Dutch Red® potatoes originated from Holland and have a naturally buttery sweet flavor, so there is no need for extra toppings. Both potatoes can be cooked and seasoned in almost any way imaginable because of their light, subtle flavor and creamy texture.

All potatoes are best stored at room temperature between 45°F and 50°F, or in a ventilated cool, dark area. Melissa’s does not recommend refrigerating potatoes as the colder temperature converts the starches to sugar.

Please wash and pat dry potatoes prior to preparation. Because of their naturally thin skin, Melissa’s Rose Gold Medley™ Potatoes do not require peeling.
