In bright conditions, the rosette may show blends of warm red, golden yellow, and fresh green, often with purple-tinted tips.                                                                                                                                                                 
  This variety grows most actively in spring and summer and produces many offsets, or “chicks,” around the base. Over time, these spread outward to form a dense mat.
