It is black and white how they are different- to be specific, the color is different. On the inside, however, the raw seeds are very similar. When they are toasted, Sesamum radiatum shows its nuttier personality and has a nice character-building bitterness. Raw sesame seeds are easy to toast. What a wonderful way to chill (or heat) and pass the time.
