-How to care for Echeveria 'Suyon'-

Sun/Location: Like most Echeverias, Echeveria 'Suyon' requires indirect bright sunlight to maintain its color and shape form. It can be placed outdoors in spring and fall to get full sunlight. Due to their thin leaves, this particular succulent is highly susceptible to sunburn, resulting in unsightly spots on the foliage. So shade is required in summer to avoid sunburn. In winter, protection from frost is needed. Click here to learn how to prepare succulent before summer.

Soil/Pot: To ensure the health of succulents, they need porous, well-draining soil to live in. To create an adequate cactus mix, add pumice, perlite, or grit to cactus soil to provide the proper drainage.

Watering: Succulents require little watering but don't like to sit in wet soil. The best way of watering is the soak and dry method. Water thoroughly when the soil is dry. Summer is a challenging season for succulents, and it's crucial to provide them with the right care. It's recommended to water them during cooler weather, typically in the early morning or evening. When caring for indoor succulents, ensure proper ventilation after watering. It's important to note that during winter, Echeveria and other similar succulents go into a dormant phase, and it's best to avoid watering them during this period.

Aesthetic Value: The clustered growth habit of Echeveria Suyon results in mature plants resembling ancient succulent tree, which adds to its visual appeal. Coupled with its vibrant red leaves, this succulent exhibits a high level of ornamental value. Click here to learn how to care for succulent tree.

returned- for now
Style: Updated Formula
I was using the lotion version of this for about a year, then went to the balm for more hydration. However, it seems to be breaking me out. I think because it's spring, im not needing as much occlusion as i did during winter. I'm gonna go back to the lotion formula, then pick this up again next winter. It is a little hard to spread, but I spray the avene mineral water on, let it dry slightly, and press the balm into my skin when its still wet. That helps thin the balm just enough to rub in. Otherwise, it can actually feel kind of rough!

Impressive

Nice thick cream! I even saw results (skin improvement) within days. I like this way better than their Cicalfate+, as it’s easier to rub in, less greasy, and doesn’t have the water vs cream separation issue. I’m not a huge fan of the pump top for this one, but at least it’s a tube instead of a solid canister (where you can’t see how much is left or get to the last bit).
