San Andreas  has low chilling requirements, and performs best in full sun (at least 6–8 hours daily), rich soil, and USDA Zones 4–10 with a pH of 5.5–6.5.  Often considered superior to Albion in both appearance and yield, particularly in warmer, low-chill climates like Southern California, Florida Southern Texas and the Golf Coast. San Andreas has superior heat tolerance compared to older varieties. In the South, it will produce fruit from late winter through early spring, take a break during the hottest summer months, and resume production in the fall.

San Andreas produces few runners, allowing energy to focus on fruit. Plant 12–18 inches apart, with 3–4 feet between rows. Remove the first flush of flowers in the first year to establish strong roots. Mulch to keep fruit clean.

Ideal for fresh eating, baking, and suited for plasticulture systems.

You will receive dormant bare root plants that have been stored properly to ensure live healthy delivery. Plants are Inspected by the State of California to be Free of Diseases and Virus.

and I found two cases that were no longer good law (even though this is the new edition)
This is a required text for Internet Law classes. It is edited very poorly. There are typos on every other page, and I found two cases that were no longer good law (even though this is the new edition).

Bad book for SOA exam, but oh well.
Format: Paperback
While required by Society of Actuaries as the textbook for Short Term Actuarial Models exam, I could not recommend this textbook for any other purposes. Written by two Canadian actuaries, a lot of terms and explanations used in this textbook cannot be transferred into US P&C insurance. It fails to explains insurance's purpose and products effectively and as an intro book with unnecessary sentences to deliver personal thoughts. It is also a mess in following sections on ratemaking and reserving. I cannot sense a flow from this book that guides readers in an approachable manner. Overall, author compromises the size AND the quality.
