- Real live Mini Christmas Tree

Description
Norfolk Island pine trees (Araucaria heterophylla) are commonly used as a one of a kind, mini Christmas tree that you can buy around the holidays. These plants make great houseplants and create the perfect decoration inside the home for the holiday season. This leads people to ask how to care for a Norfolk Island pine indoors. How To Care
Water the Norfolk Island mini Christmas tree when the top of the soil feels dry. Fertilize your Norfolk pine in the spring and summer with a water soluble balanced fertilizer, no need to fertilize in the fall or winter. It is normal for this mini Christmas tree to have some browning on the lower limbs. But, if the browning seems to be high on the tree or if they can be found all over the plant, this is a sign that the tree is either overwatered, under-watered or is not getting enough humidity. For additional options, be sure to browse our Tabletop Christmas trees collection.
