Refreshing and inviting, this infusion kit takes sweet and tart hibiscus flowers and gently introduces them to cinnamon and allspice. It's very reminiscent of Agua de Jamaica - a Jamaican hibiscus infusion popular in México. The added cinnamon and allspice give it a warmer and more complex flavor. Dark red and highly pigmented, this hibiscus cordial or syrup is a great alternative to artificially colored and flavored grenadine.

This infusion works phenomenally well with ginger or pineapple-flavored vodka to encourage a tropical vibe. You can also try it with ginger ale or a homemade soda recipe. If you want to make your own ginger ale or a variety of other flavors, we have the tools to help. This kit includes three packets of dried flowers and spices to make cordial or syrup. Makes three 750 ml batches.
