🌿 Quick Care

☀️ Sun: Full sun (6–8+ hours)
💧 Water: Low once established
🌱 Soil: Well-drained, sandy or loamy
📏 Spacing: 24-36 inches
📐 Size: 12–18 in tall and wide
❄️ Hardiness: Zones 5–9
🌼 Best Use: Essential oil, bouquets, crafts, cottage gardens
Growing Tip:
Plant in a sunny spot with excellent drainage. Lavender performs best when roots are allowed to dry out between waterings, which helps prevent rot and supports healthy growth.

Gardeners love ‘French Fields’ for its fragrance first—but they stay for the color and the extra blooms later in the season. It grows into a tidy, compact plant with silvery foliage, and in early summer it sends up violet-blue flower spikes with dark violet calyces that really hold their color.

One of the things we love most about this variety is that it doesn’t stop after the first show. In many gardens it gives a second, lighter bloom in fall, which makes it especially nice if you like to harvest more than once a season.

The scent is strong, sweet, and unmistakably lavender. It works beautifully for cooking, tea, syrups, sachets, and drying—and it’s just as lovely standing in the garden as it is hanging in bundles in the shed.

HOW IT GROWS

  • Plant type: Evergreen shrub
  • Sun: Full sun
  • Soil: Well-drained soil
  • Water: Low once established
  • Hardiness: Zones 5–9
  • Growth habit: Compact, mounding

Good drainage is more important than rich soil.

SIZE & BLOOM

  • Height × Width: ~2 ft. × 3 ft.
  • Stem length: 10–12 inches
  • Flower color: Violet-blue with dark violet calyx
  • Bloom time: Early summer, light fall rebloom
  • Fragrance: Strong, sweet

WHY WE LOVE ’FRENCH FIELDS’:

  • Excellent culinary lavender with balanced flavor
  • High-quality essential oil production
  • Compact, tidy growth habit
  • Reliable rebloom for extended harvests
  • Ideal for bouquets, crafts, and drying

This is a variety we confidently recommend for home gardeners, chefs, herbalists, and lavender growers alike—a true staple lavender that performs beautifully across uses.

the lies
Format: Kindle
This is amazing fast pace read that is full of plot twists and lies that keep getting bad. This is a story we’re a omega has been lied to by her mother and finds out that someone is slowing dieing. 3 alpha take the omega and feed her more lies so they can use her against her father so they can find their mate Kelly. This is a dark read and ends in a cliffhanger and so good.

Ends in a cliffhanger
Format: Kindle
Thankfully, the next book is already available. Roxy Collins is the queen of omegaverse slow burn. This particular series is omegaverse with wolf shifters. Thoroughly enjoyed this book! Lots of suspense and trying to figure out what is true and what's really going on. I loved it! Pretty spicy once the action starts. Heats are pretty much always spicy. There is a little bit of male interaction, but not full-on shmex. Definitely recommend.

Epic!!!!
Format: Kindle
Absolutely addicted from the first page. The twists and turns, world building and character development all come together for the perfect Omegaverse. And let's not forget that spice because knots are life and these are spectacular. Running for book #2 because that cliffhanger was torturous.

A good read
Format: Kindle
A good read, just fluffy cuteness, no antagonism. I like all the characters. It could have used another round of editing however, glanfds being one error that cracked me up, and my personal pet peeve was that the author kept using the word fill instead of feel, which I promise you are not interchangeable haha, but it's definitely better than the majority of books I read on here mistake-wise.
