A Great Way to Expose Yourself to Malpractice Lawsuits
Format: Hardcover
What the authors fails to say is that doing couples work where domestic violence is active is illegal in some cases and against standards of practice in most others. Not only might a clinician be increasing a client to dangerous relationship situations by conducting couples work where IPV is present, they are increasing their exposure to litigation. Let's not forget, this is the same APA who turned a blind eye to torture in the "war on terrorism."

Great book! Very inspirational. I gave this book as a gift to my granddaughter recently enlisted ito to the Navy. I also gave a copy to my thirteen year old grandson who is an avid reader. He really enjoyed the book!
