- The areca palm, otherwise known as butterfly palm, golden cane palm, bamboo palm, or its Latin name, Dypsis lutescens, is a native of Madagascar.
- These plants can survive year-round outdoors in USDA zones 10 to 11, where the winter lows stay above freezing. Outdoors they may get 12 to 30 feet (4 to 9 meters) tall.
- Plant in a well-draining potting soil, in a pot with drainage holes. Allow the top of the soil to dry out between waterings, and water less often during the winter months.

Absolutely love these!

I didn’t expect to like them THIS much, but these electric salt and pepper grinders are amazing. They look super sleek on the counter, and the charging base is really convenient — no more buying batteries! The grind size is easy to adjust, and both salt and pepper come out evenly without getting stuck.
The LED light is a small thing, but honestly so useful when cooking in the evening. I’ve been using them every day and the battery still holds great.
If you’re thinking about getting a set, this one is definitely worth it. Makes cooking and serving so much easier and feels way more premium than I expected.

Works and is engineered exactly as I expected it to be. Unlike SO MANY OTHERS.

I've ordered about 4 different automatic shakers from different brands. They all have different problems, motor not strong enough, charging cable on the front of the charging base (in the way on a counter), hard to open refil covers, small containers not holding enough salt/pepper. FINALLY this one checks all the marks I've been looking for. Its weighty too since its made of stainless. Large refil container, easy to remove just a twist. Grind selector is a twist at th e base with a clear arrow showing size. Large press button at top so you can hold it in any rotation in your hand and not have to look for the button/switch to turn it on. No cover that needs to be flipped open and then closed to put back into the base. Contacts for charge are on the back side and not at the bottom where salt can corrode the contacts. The list can go on but you get the idea. Just buy this one and be done with it!
