MotorPower Care 900 Professional RTV Silicone Sealant – High-Performance Engine & Gasket Sealing Compound
Advanced Silicone Sealant for Automotive & Multi-Surface Sealing
MotorPower Care 900 Silicone Sealant is a high-performance RTV (Room Temperature Vulcanizing) silicone gasket maker engineered for automotive and industrial applications. This professional-grade sealant provides a strong, flexible, and durable seal that withstands extreme temperatures, chemicals, and harsh environments.
Designed for sealing engine components, metal parts, plastics and glass, it serves as a highly flexible alternative to conventional solid gaskets, ensuring maximum resistance to oil, water, and other aggressive substances.
Key Benefits & Features
✅ Superior Adhesion & Versatility – Bonds with metal (aluminum, cast iron, steel, etc.), plastic and glass..
✅ Easy to Use – Comes in a pressurized packaging that keeps the silicone fresh, preventing premature drying.
✅ Highly Flexible & Durable – Forms a permanent, flexible seal that adapts to temperature changes and mechanical stress.
✅ Maximum Resistance to Harsh Substances – Resistant to water, saltwater, oil, grease, cleaning fluids, hydrocarbons, diluted acids, and lyes.
✅ Temperature Resistant – Withstands extreme temperatures from -40°F to 482°F (-40°C to 250°C).
✅ Quick Drying & Curing Time – Dries in 15 minutes and fully cures in 8 hours, providing fast and efficient sealing.
✅ VOC Compliant & Environmentally Safe – Meets industry standards for low emissions and safe use.
✅ Extended Shelf Life – 1-year shelf warranty, ensuring long-term usability and freshness.
✅ German Engineered – Designed with precision and durability for professional automotive and industrial applications.
Ideal Applications
✔ Engine Components – Oil pan, valve cover, water pump, oil pump, and differential seals.
✔ Metal & Mechanical Parts – Aluminum, cast iron, steel, and other metal surfaces.
✔ Plastic & Composite Materials – Ensures reliable sealing on a variety of non-metallic surfaces.
✔ Glass & Ceramic – Strong adhesion for high-temperature applications.
Application Instructions
- Prepare the Surface – Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free of oil, grease, dust, or old gasket material for optimal adhesion.
- Apply the Sealant – Dispense the desired thickness of silicone onto the surface using the pressurized applicator.
- Assemble the Parts – Immediately join the parts together and allow the sealant to settle.
- Curing Time – Initial drying occurs within 15 minutes, with full curing achieved in 8 hours for maximum strength.
