Das Highlight des Sparc Arc Trainer ist die Kombination aus mehreren Funktionen, die für ein Rundum-Workout sorgen. Sie benötigen mit dem Sparc Arc Trainer nur ein Gerät, um Ihr HIIT-Workout effektiv umzusetzen. Zudem kann das Gerät von selbst auf die gewünschte Höhe eingestellt werden.

Dafür benötigen Sie nur Schraubenschlüssel in den Größen 1/2 Zoll und 9/16 Zoll und wenige Handgriffe, falls Ihnen der Trainer zum Beispiel zu niedrig ist. Dank der einfach zu nutzenden Konsole können Sie während des Trainings in eines der zwei Programme schalten: Circuit Mode und Interval Mode.

Der Circuit Mode ist speziell auf kurze, intensive Einheiten ausgelegt, während der Interval Mode über einen langen Zeitraum trainiert und von Ihnen individuell eingestellt werden kann. Zudem erlaubt die Konsole ein einfaches Einstellen der Programme und es benötigt nur einen Knopfdruck, um das Programm zu starten oder zu beenden.
