洋溢著異國情調的 火鶴花 是多年生草本植物，經常在夏威夷或其它太平洋島嶼婚禮中使用，其葉片濃綠有亮澤，還有著觀賞期相當長的紅色佛焰苞，深受大家喜愛，是最知名的熱帶花卉之一。
需求及護理：
水：約一星期一次至兩次，視乎擺放植物的周邊環境和天氣進行調整
先撥開表面覆蓋物，用手伸進泥土3-4厘米，如感覺泥土乾了便可以進行澆水
先準備大約250毫升的水，平均地向整盆泥土進行澆水，若盆底出現積水即代表盆栽得到充份的水份，下次可減少水量以免出現大量積水；相反，如果盆底沒出現積水便需增加水量，調整水量到每次澆水後底盤出現最少積水。
底盤上多餘的水份需進行清理，以免滋生蚊蟲。
- 冬季則建議保持在微乾的狀態。
另外可在葉面周圍多噴水，令植物周邊的空氣濕度增加，以免出現葉面裂開（天氣低於15度不適用）
光：有足夠陽光，但強光不能直射及長期曝曬。室內種植的話，儘可能放置於光線明亮的空間, 才有持續開花的能力。
空氣：保持空氣流通
溫度：適合溫度是18-24度，植物不能長期低於20度
施肥：需肥量不大，建議使用緩效性肥料，根據包裝上說明進行施肥。
