The Elii Cretan terracotta planter is another of our most popular collections of planters produced by our pottery in Crete using traditional terracotta clay. This terracotta clay planter is unique and features an organic shape and texture.

Our terracotta clay pots are individually hand-thrown then fired in a kiln over 3 days at temperatures reaching around 1200 Celsius. This process ensures our clay pots are durable long-lasting and able to withstand different weather conditions so are suitable for use indoors and outdoors.

Both sizes of our Elii Cretan terracotta planters in the range feature the same 'wavy' impressed lines, rope twist detail and horizontal ribs. The large terracotta planter 80cm x 70cm is perfect for groups of flowers bursting with colour, large shrubs, mature grasses and multi-stem trees. An all-around elegantly shaped clay feature pot. Our standard clay planter 50cm x 45cm is perfect for half - 3/4 standard trees and individual displays.

The Elii Cretan terracotta planter is great as a decorative accent for dressing an entrance or functional planter to lining a terrace - a terracotta planter guaranteed to bring a touch of beauty to your space. Hand-made and frost hardy to -20°C. Read more about the process below.

a beautiful important history book
Format: Hardcover
What an amazing book! This book is the version with incredible photos as part of the history story. I couldn't believe how vivid this was when I opened up the book. I'd been wanting the book for a while, because so little is told of the enslaved people's history in this country. It is important for us to understand our past, and without books like this one we do not have the full story. Thank you to the authors who put together this beautiful book.

This book is well written, insightful and well illustrated.
Format: Hardcover
Very interesting, well written and illustrated book. I haven’t experienced this through the eyes of people other than myself. We all believe we are on the correct side of history but the truth is a very strong thing when introduced to you. The truth is a beacon to the feet of our country as we move forward but we have gone off path. Thankfully it is not too late because we are all human.

A book that will serve generations with the truth
Format: Hardcover
This is a beautifully designed book. It's narrative includes honest reporting of historical facts. The photos are very helpful toward getting a vivid mental picture of the harsh reality of being a slave in America. It does not a book that promotes negativity, it's just the truth as it appeared. It is very relevant toward promoting peace, understanding and humanitarianism for the ills that plague this country. It's worth the price.
