This distinctive species represents an exceptional choice for enthusiasts and lovers of exotic plants with its remarkable broad foliage and elegant architectural presence.
- Light: Prefers bright, indirect light, mimicking its natural epiphytic habitat. Avoid direct sunlight which can scorch the leaves.
- Temperature: Thrives in warm and consistent temperatures between 18-25°C (64-77°F). Protect from cold drafts.
- Humidity: Requires high humidity levels, ideally 60-80%, to maintain healthy foliage and prevent browning.
- Watering: Keep the potting mix consistently moist but well-draining. Allow slight drying between waterings to prevent root rot.
Additional Notes
The leaves are distinctly broad and ovate with smooth, leathery texture and prominent parallel venation. The foliage displays beautiful color variation from bright green to deeper tones, creating an impressive architectural form with excellent structural integrity and upright growth habit.
