The All-in-1 Half Rack with Functional Trainer is the ideal gym set up that optimizes your floor space by combining the functionality of the dual adjustable pulley system, squat rack and weight storage all in the same footprint. This half rack with functional trainer is 57.5" length by 51" width (overall width with weight storage pegs is 68"). The height is 90.5"

The all-in-1 half rack with functional trainer is full commercial grade. The uprights are made of 3" X 3" tubing, 11-gauge steel. The holes are 1" and spaced 2" center to center.

The uprights are laser cut numbered to allow for quick j-hook adjustments.

All the pulleys are aluminum to ensure longevity and smooth pulls. The outside pulleys swivel 180 degrees to allow for a wide arrange of exercises at multiple angles. 

The functional trainer features dual weight stacks at 200lbs each. The pulley ratio is 2:1

Two 42" dumbbell tray attachments are included with a depth of 15 7/8" and one 42" kettlebell tray attachment with a depth of 10 1/8"

Two Olympic bar storage hooks are included in the rear of the rack and 4 accessory hooks above the tray attachments to store bands, jump rope, or cable attachments.

The j-hooks and spotter arm attachments are lined with UHMW plastic to protect the knurling on your barbell.

The dip attachment bars can be adjusted for a narrow or wide use.

Lat seat attachment and low row foot plate attachment are included.
