This is a nearly blemish-free and perfectly stacked variegated Moonglow. Measures in at about 1.75" across and about 2.5" tall. Mature roots from the cultivating farm. 

This succulent was listed to our site on November 20th, 2020, our videos were taken today.

This plant is in house, has been checked for quality and is ready to be shipped. This plant came out of our Cold Stock Room and colors may be a result of cold stress and they may change. You must allow time for your plant to acclimate to room temperatures before moving her outside to full sun/heat.

Please make sure you truly want this plant before you checkout, we do not allow order cancellations due to a very demanding shipping schedule.  We do however offer a satisfaction guarantee, so if you purchase this plant and she doesn't strike your fancy we will issue you a complimentary return label and store credit for the purchase price.

We ship Monday and Tuesday and we strive for a Saturday delivery (but ultimately delivery is dependent on the carrier). You can upgrade to UPS 2-Day or Overnight for an additional charge (at this link). USPS First Class shipping is complimentary. Great Reference

The book provides a complete, high-level overview of Project Portfolio Management (PPM). As the title suggests, it covers both Portfolio Management and Project Management. The book is a great reference for PPM concepts. I personally found the first few chapters of the book very interesting, because it talks about portfolio management in a different manner than what you would read in other books such as PMI's The Standard for Portfolio Management. The book has been written in an easy-to-read style and it provides pragmatic ideas on how to best help an organization manage their portfolio, using concepts such as: Anchoring, superior estimation, batch vs. ad hoc prioritization, one portfolio or many, private collection of information, winner's curse, innovation vs. improvement projects, accounting vs. project management, etc. In short, the book is a recommender for all PPM practitioners!
