The nylon and spandex liner is breathable, and the nitrile coating is grippy but not too much so. The fit of the fingers and cuffs is snug.
To find your size, measure across the middle of your hand, as shown in the diagram. 7cm = Size 7 (small, purple cuff), 8cm = Size 8 (medium, green cuff), 9cm = Size 9 (large, brown cuff) and 10cm = Size 10 (extra large, yellow cuff). I recommend moving up a size if caught in the middle, although some prefer a tighter fit. If it helps, I'm a size 10!
