I wear waterproof mascara, eyeliner, sunscreen, and long-wear foundation regularly, and this breaks everything down incredibly fast without needing to aggressively rub my skin. I usually apply one pump onto dry hands and massage it onto my dry face for about 30 seconds. You can literally feel the makeup dissolving almost immediately, especially around the eye area where stubborn makeup usually takes extra effort to remove.
