(June bearing) A strawberry so delicious it was given as a gift to Kings and Queens and dubbed the “Finest eating strawberry in all of America.” Marshall strawberry has been resurrected from relative obscurity, and we are very honored to offer it—ready to once again grace our gardens with its juicy, sweet flavor. Discovered in a Massachusetts garden over 125 years ago, Marshall was so prized that Pioneers carried it across the continent. It found a home in the Northwest, thriving and eventually becoming the signature taste Washington and Oregon’s entire frozen fruit industry was built on. And then disaster struck. In the 1940’s diseases imported across the ocean effectively wiped Marshall out of production. The only surviving plants went into hiding in a select few isolated gardens. Decades later and Marshall had become a myth, a legend gardeners told each other over trowels. Then in 2004 something beautiful happened, Marshall was rediscovered and put on the endangered food list. Through careful cultivation the plant is back in circulation and is once again beloved by foodies, chefs, and flavor connoisseurs everywhere. Despite its knockout success and hordes of adoring fans, Marshall will never again be a major food production icon. Like our cherished heirloom tomatoes, the fruit is too fragile to ship to stores or markets. But with love and care, Marshall can once again be the treasure of any home garden. Hardy in zones 5-9.Marshall plants are shipped in either mid-April or mid-May in 3 ½ inch pots. Order early for best availability. Great toy!

This is the best Torrey I’ve ever bought for my dogs! I bought two of them and they both love them! One is more of an aggressive chewer so this is perfect. It’s very durable. They both love that that rolls it has a handle, it has a ball inside and it squeaks so it keeps their attention for a long time and it’s extremely durable best toy ever.

Get the ball!

I have 2 cattle dogs. One blue heeler and one blue heeler/aussie mix that is blind and completely ball crazy. We have gone through a hundred balls over the years and this is by far the best. It can be kicked (with think boots not running shoes), thrown, or rolled by the dog if you have one of those types. One of my dogs is a chewer and he hasn't put a dent in it, in months. The ball bounces when kicked/thrown and makes that odd noise when its hit just right so its extra entertaining for the dogs but also let's our blind dog know where its at. Can't say enough good things about this ball, worth trying for sure! It's also easy to drop in the creek, sink or tub to rinse off.

Noise + Durability Issues

Was really hopeful for this toy. Our boy loves playing outside with balls, but likes to run and play tug with them. We wanted to find a ball to play tug with and saw the handles on these, plus it was made by Kong and many reviews said it withstood their super chewers. The material didn’t stand a chance against my dog. Already took chunks of it out in the first 20 min. The other thing was the noise level of the squeaker. It’s unbearably loud. To the point I had to stop giving it to my dog because he squeaked it so much I felt it was disturbing the neighbors. So overall, wouldn’t recommend unless you have a lot of land, plan on using it indoors, and don’t have a super chewer dog.

Great Value Toy

This toy has been one of my dog’s absolute favorites. He gets excited every time he sees it and will carry it around the house, toss it in the air, and keep himself entertained for a long time. The shape and texture seem perfect for him, and it quickly became one of his go-to toys over everything else in his basket.
What I really like is that it holds up reasonably well for the price. It’s definitely not indestructible, and after a lot of play, it will sometimes start to rip—usually around the feet first since that’s where my dog tends to grab and chew the most. But honestly, considering how affordable it is, I don’t mind replacing it when needed. It’s inexpensive enough that rebuying feels worth it because he genuinely loves it that much.
I’d rather keep buying a toy he is obsessed with than spend more on something that just sits untouched. It’s fun, cute, and keeps him happy, which is what matters most. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it for dogs who love plush toys and playful chewing.

Best affordable squeaker toy

my dog is obsessed with this toy, this has became his new comfort toy and after having this for about four months the legs are falling off but it’s very durable. The squeaker also moved from the head of the chicken to the body of the chicken but that’s after it was played with every single day. I love that it has two squeakers and it’s the perfect toy for my dog.
