This is good instant mushroom coffee. I get a little more focus when I use a scoop in my regular brewed coffee. It helps me as much as the other more expensive brands and tastes just as good or better! It has coffee (caffeine) and mushrooms in it. I just ran out of this and need to purchase another bag! It lasted a very long time. It does come with a scoop, it just may be buried deep in the coffee. The powder mixes extremely well in hot water. This has such an earthy and warm taste and honestly, I prefer it to regular coffee anymore. And I do feel it gives a nice boost and beneficial to your health.
