Shipping is stressful on plants so do understand that browning and yellowing of leaves is natural when plants are shipped. All plants are sent Priority Mail unless otherwise specified and expedited shipping is paid for by the customer. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping as this is out of our control.

While we try our best to carefully package each plant, the buyer understands things may happen beyond the seller?s control during transit and whilst plants are in the possession of USPS. If the package was not accepted on the first delivery attempt we will not issue a refund or replacement as it is the buyer's responsibility to receive the package on the first delivery attempt. We will not issue a refund or replacement to minor damage, fungus, yellow or browning leaves, as this is natural when plants are shipped.
