It is a high-precision measuring device for determining the TDS value (Total Dissolved Solids) as well as the coffee extraction yield and was specially developed for professional applications in cafes, roasteries, coffee labs and quality assurance.
Thanks to state-of-the-art optical measuring technology, the coffee refractometer enables fast, reliable and reproducible coffee analysis.
