If you opt for the chic Maxi-Cosi Beryl, then you will benefit from a comfortable child car seat that accompanies your little passenger for many years. Its long service life is one of the major advantages of the multi-age child car seat Beryl as it can be used from the very first ride home from the hospital up to an age of 7 years, and offers all the benefits for travelling in the most relaxed way both on short and long trips alike.

The child car seat Beryl can easily be adapted to the growth of your child. From babies, to toddlers, to kids up to an age of 7 years, your little passenger always rides in the correct position while being comfortable and safe at the same time. A comfortable, removable Cocoon insert is included in delivery and suitable for being used during the first weeks and months. The soft insert surrounds your baby safely and ensures an ergonomic sitting position.

Installing the Beryl in every vehicle is possible due to the hybrid installation options. With the help of the Isofix or your car's own seat belt, the child car seat can be installed in every car. The built-in support leg ensures maximum stability and thus adds to even more safety. If you have installed the Bery correctly, the base will confirm this with a green visual signal.

With the outstanding impact protection provided by the new innovative G-Cell and AirProtect technology, the Beryl features maximum side impact protection which includes a unique air cushion in the headrest as well as maximum protection in the shoulder area. You can travel with a reassured feeling as you provide you child with the greatest possible protection in the event of an accident.

With the "Easy-in and -out" harness system, fastening and unfastening your child has never been easier. The harness stays open while you lift your child out of the Beryl or put them into the child car seat, and with one click they are secured safely by using the belt buckle. Time-consuming searching for the built-in straps under your seated child is thus avoided and you are provided with less stress and more comfort! As you adapt the headrest to your child's growth, the harness system adjusts simultaneously. Furthermore, the Beryl features a soft padding of the straps as well as a multi-adjustable reclining position for a relaxed ride.

This multi-age child car seat that grows with your little one ensures your child a safe ride in a rear-facing mode up to a weight of 13 kg. When it's time to move on to the next higher group, you can easily switch the car seats direction so that your little one can travel in a forward-facing mode.

This book transformed my life in a way that other books haven't

This book transformed my life. It took me a full year to read (I did read several other books within the same timeframe), I read the first section of it with my work team, did all of the homework or suggested activities within, attended some seminars by the Canfield Training Group, and lastly invested in becoming a trainer of the curriculum because I connected so well with the concepts presented. I have been teaching leadership principles within a university setting for almost 20 years. This book adds to that knowledge, as well as brings about several exercises to shift from unconscious to conscious brain activity that I really needed in my life for my own progression. I plan to read this book annually, as it has so much information in it that it is worthy of additional time and study. I had my first copy cut and spiral bound so that I can spend more time on individual pages, treating the book more like a manual. I often find myself referencing the book and have shared much of it's teachings in all arenas of my life. In my library of hundreds of business books, this one has been placed onto my top 5 list. I am so grateful for all it has done to increase my productivity, improve my relationships, accomplish more with less, change my paradigms about asking for what I need, spur me to take a much stronger conscious approach to money management, and the list goes on. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is open to learning, open to diving deep into oneself, and anyone who is willing to take complete responsibility for one's own life, one's own success, and one's own ability to let go of the past to rewrite a new future. This book has very practical, easy to carry out activities and projects to radically improve one's life. Lastly, I recommend reading this book with others who you can share your progress with. Coming together in our work team to read and discuss was so helpful as we shared our a-ha moments, our lists, our completed assignments like our have's, do's and be's list and goal binder. We had a vision board party where we each created ours and then presented it to each other. Many awesome things started to manifest after putting those boards together, and we could celebrate those things with each other. Reading this book together created a strong bond with that team. As the year progressed our schedules made it more challenging to read it together, so we decided to finish it individually. But we learned that we missed the group learning, so we will soon start up again together as a group with an altered format of presenting the chapters to one another instead of actually reading and discussing together. (We would come together on our lunch hour to read along in our books with the cd of the book, pausing it often to discuss) Individually, I would listen to the book while commuting for 60 minutes every day. I would then review key things I would hear at night before bed. It was bitter sweet when I finished it last night. I truly did not want the book to end, yet I was so excited to check off a goal of completing the book by Nov 1st. This book truly has made a significant positive impact on my life. It was well worth my time and money.

The Success Principles is a must have in any "success" book home library...

I read the first version of The Success Principles back in 2009 and I honestly felt like I came across one of the best and most complete resources for success (and really life) I have ever read. I was even more thrilled when I discovered there was The Success Principles for Teens because finding effective ways to teach these life tools and techniques to my daughters has always been a top priority, and challenge. My oldest daughter has not only read it, she has even referred back to some of the principles when I obviously break them :). I had all but forgotten pre-ordering this updated version of The Success Principles until I got the surprise package in the mail today. All of the core content in this version is still there, but what was exciting to read were the new success stories included of people that bought the original book and had breakthroughs. The completely new content included is "Success in the Digital Age" and it is a fantastic resource. I would consider myself very knowledgeable when it comes to technology and Internet Marketing (having worked as a Sr. System Engineer for over a decade and years learning and implementing various Internet Marketing solutions), and I can say this addition is fantastic. The content and advice he managed to include in just five chapters is impressive, and spot on. If topics like social media, technology, and online branding are areas that are a weakness, or you want to learn more about the most effective ways to leverage these and other technical solutions used by some of the most successful leaders in this space, than you will love this addition to the book. I will end this review by saying I am life coach, and resources like these are gold. I am constantly referring back to this text before and after sessions. I am a huge fan of countless self-help experts and bestselling authors, and I have a huge list of books I love and regularly recommend, but none are such a complete resource like this book. As one of the "experts" in this space said about this book, trying to just identify the "big ideas" included in this book is virtually impossible, because everything he includes IS a "big idea." So if you are a fan of this type of content this is a must have in your library, if only for a reference.
