As a part of our Next Level Series, the Juniper P Nana is not eligible for replacements.
All trees purchased from Bonsai Bar are eligible for our Treeiage Care Call Program. Schedule ASAP for best results.
Please note, it is perfectly normal for a bonsai tree to drop leaves during transit. If this occurs, reach out to customer support ([email protected]) with a photo of your tree, and in the meantime place your tree in your sunniest window while waiting for us to answer your email.
