Serrano Pepper Seeds – Heirloom, Non-GMO, Non-Hybrid, Open-Pollinated – Perfect for Spicy Gardens

Looking to add some heat and flavor to your garden? Our Serrano Pepper seeds are the ultimate choice for pepper enthusiasts. These premium seeds are heirloom, non-GMO, non-hybrid, and open-pollinated, ensuring vigorous, healthy plants and vibrant peppers.

Each packet contains 400mg of seed, approximately 75 seeds.

Planting and Growing Instructions

Days to Maturity: 75–80 days for mature peppers.

Planting Depth: Sow seeds 1/4 inch deep.

Plant Spacing: Space plants 18–24 inches apart for optimal airflow and growth.

Days to Germination: Germinates in 7–14 days under ideal conditions.

Sunlight Requirements: Serrano peppers thrive in full sun, requiring at least 6–8 hours of direct sunlight daily.

Indoor or Outdoor Planting: Start seeds indoors 8–10 weeks before the last expected frost date. Transplant seedlings outdoors after the danger of frost has passed and nighttime temperatures stay above 55°F. Alternatively, sow directly outside in warm climates where the soil temperature is consistently above 70°F.

Why Choose Serrano Peppers?

Serrano peppers are known for their fiery heat and crisp, fresh flavor, making them a staple in salsas, hot sauces, and authentic Mexican cuisine. These peppers grow vigorously, reaching heights of 24–36 inches, and produce abundant 2–3 inch pods that mature from green to red for an added splash of color in your garden.

Easy-to-Grow Heirloom Variety

Our Serrano Pepper seeds are ideal for home gardeners, urban gardens, container gardening, and even raised beds. These open-pollinated plants adapt well to various climates, and their reliable germination ensures a productive harvest season after season.

Holds Up Well So Far – Nice Multi-Texture Toy
We picked up this rope plush for our dog, and overall it’s been a solid addition to the toy bin. The combination of soft plush and rope makes it more interesting than a standard stuffed toy. Our dog likes to chew on the rope sections and carry it around by the neck, and it’s held up better than most plush toys we’ve tried. The stitching seems reinforced in key areas, and even after several play sessions (including some light tug), it hasn’t come apart. That said, the size is something to pay attention to. This seems better suited for small to medium dogs or for supervised play if your dog is rough with toys. Also, while it does have a squeaker, it’s not overly loud, which could be a plus or minus depending on your preference. Overall, it’s a fun, well-designed toy that mixes textures nicely and keeps our dog engaged. Just match it to your dog’s play style and expectations for durability.
