What’s commonly referred to as a ‘Cardboard’ or ‘Velvet Leaf’ Anthurium.  This rare Epiphyte hales from the mountains in Peru and does best with a whopping 80% + humidity level, therefore making them ideal for terrarium or plant cabinet life.  Bright ambient light makes them happy along with a super fast draining - as in drains immediately - soil blend.  We find that adding 30% perlite, 30% bark chips, to our tropical blend is the sweet spot for this beauty and we tend to keep them in orchid pots. This stunner is not for the true beginner, but once you master this high maintenance queen, she will reward you with stunning dark green velvety dinner plate sized leaves with shimmery silver veining.  This gal ships express 1-2 day and only in fair weather.
