The Amazing All-Round Mix of wildflower seeds for Western Australia is a rich blend of species and colours, giving you constant surprises as some flowers fade and others pop up.
This wildflower seed blend is very popular because of its diversity. Composed of more than 30 varieties of annuals and perennials, the mix is a beautiful combination of colours, shades and heights. To take advantage of this amazing variety, plant it in larger open areas such as large flower beds and fields.
Its appearance will also be expressed in different ways depending on when you sow - with a spring sow, it is especially the annuals that mark the mixture of their footprint. Whereas sow in autumn and the biennials will steal the show.
Some annuals are California Poppy, Yarrow, Crown Daisy and Cornflower, and some perennials are Summer Pheasants Eye, Chamomile and Canterbury bells.
- Use 2–3g per m². Avoid overseeding as it can limit flower growth
- One gram contains approximately 700–800 seeds
- Not suitable for pots, planters or raised beds
- Can be sown anytime. Ideal sowing periods are Autumn and Spring. Avoid sowing just before or during frost—wait until after your last frost date.

Tasteless pretty much. I’ve added to coffee, lemonade, cereal with milk, sauces, stir fry, pasta sauce, yogurt. It’s great addition to my protein drink. It helps me both keeping good on the bathroom but it helps me feel more full and snack less. It has been a secret in helping me lose weight.

A Convenient Fiber Supplement- Digestion, Regularity, Microbiome, Satiety, Hair, Skin, Nails
I’ve tried quite a few fiber supplements over the years, and this one stands out mostly because it combines digestive support with beauty-focused ingredients instead of being just another plain fiber gummy. The formula includes inulin and chicory root fiber, along with a fairly large probiotic blend containing multiple strains like Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus plantarum, and Bacillus coagulans. That combination makes sense since prebiotic fiber and probiotics are often paired together to help support digestive balance and regularity.
The added hair, skin, and nail ingredients are also interesting here. Biotin is commonly used for supporting stronger nails and healthier-looking hair, while collagen peptides and keratin are popular ingredients for skin elasticity and hair structure. Vitamin C helps support collagen production naturally, and Vitamin E adds antioxidant support. The apple cider vinegar and saw palmetto are smaller additions, but they round out the formula nicely for overall wellness support.
One thing I appreciated is that these are gummies instead of powders or large capsules. Fiber supplements can sometimes feel like a chore, especially the gritty drink mixes, so having a chewable option made it easier to stay consistent. The blueberry flavor was actually pleasant and not overly artificial. Texture-wise, they were softer than expected and easy to chew.
As far as results, I mainly noticed gradual digestive benefits after about a week or so of consistent use. Things felt more regular and less sluggish overall, especially on days where my diet wasn’t as balanced as it should have been. The fiber content is fairly substantial for gummies, so I’d definitely recommend drinking enough water with them because increasing fiber too quickly can sometimes cause bloating at first. Starting with a smaller serving may help if you’re not used to fiber supplements.
I can’t say I noticed dramatic changes with hair, skin, or nails during the time I used them, but those ingredients usually take longer to show visible effects anyway. Even without obvious cosmetic changes, the combination of biotin, collagen, keratin, and antioxidants gives the formula a more well-rounded feel compared to standard digestive gummies.
Another positive is the allergen-friendly formula. Being gluten-free and free from dairy, wheat, peanuts, and eggs makes it accessible for many people with dietary restrictions. The overall ingredient profile feels thoughtfully put together instead of overloaded with unnecessary fillers.
Overall, I think this works best for someone looking for an easy daily fiber supplement that also offers some additional wellness support beyond digestion alone. The biggest benefit for me was the digestive regularity and convenience factor. The beauty-support ingredients are a nice bonus, even if they may require long-term consistent use before noticeable results appear.

Fiber with slight beauty benefits
This supplement definitely falls into the “everything including the kitchen sink” category. You’ve got 10g fiber, 30 billion CFU probiotics, inulin, ACV, plus collagen, biotin, keratin, and vitamins C and E, all in one gummy. In real use, the most noticeable effect is on digestion first, beauty second. The fiber and probiotics actually do seem to help with regularity and a less bloated feeling over time which to me is where this product feels most legitimate. The skin, hair, and nail claims are much harder to directly feel, and honestly those effects (if any) are usually subtle and slow anyway. The main issue is exactly what you’d expect from a formula this stacked. It’s trying to do a lot at once, so nothing is really at a high enough dose to feel targeted. It ends up being more of a general wellness gummy with a strong fiber base, rather than a serious collagen or hair supplement.Taste and convenience are good, and it’s easy to stay consistent with. But like many multi-benefit gummies, there’s a bit of a tradeoff between ease and actual potency. The gummies themselves do taste amazing and I love the texture. They’re also sugar free which is very appreciated. Overall, I’d say this makes the most sense if you want a digestive support gummy with some bonus beauty ingredients layered in, not if you’re looking for strong, noticeable hair or skin changes.

Berry-Flavored Fiber Gummies
These fiber gummies are a quick and convenient way to introduce more fiber into your diet, along with some additional supplements including keratin, vitamins, and probiotics. As these are gummies instead of pills, they're easier to take than trying to swallow whole capsules. The taste is a pleasant berry flavor. While the product packaging prominently displays blueberries, and blueberry flavor is included as one of the ingredients, none of the marketing actually lists these as being blueberry flavored. The price of these gummies ($17.24 with coupon at the time of review) is on par with other fiber supplements, but these have the added benefit of including additional supplements. For awareness, the advertised 10 grams of fiber is only achieved by taking 3 gummies, instead of the lower recommended amount of 2 (which only offers ~7 grams of fiber). After taking these for about a month I did not notice any significant changes or improvements to my digestive health, but effects will vary from person to person. If you're looking for a fiber supplement with some additional vitamins included, these are a good choice.
