Safe and comfortable travel companion
The unique safety features, e.g. the height-adjustable headrest with integrated harness guides, which improve the excellent accident safety of the energy absorbing shell in combination with the crash test proven Linear Side impact Protection (L.S.P.) System even further, and new comfort features, e.g. the huge XXL sun canopy, add up to a perfect infant carrier for premature babies and very small newborns. A new function allows an ideal sitting angle and ensures that small babies lie with their head, neck and chest perfectly aligned. The risk of suffocation by the head falling forward is thereby significantly reduced. The baby car seat can be used belted or with one of our optional bases for easy installation.

- The Cybex Aton 5 was tested by ADAC and received a score of 1.3 (very good) without the Base 2-Fix and a score of 1.7 (good) when installed with Base 2-Fix using the isofix and a score of 1.1 (very good) when installed with Base 2-Fix using the seatbelt.
Click and go
This car seat base attaches to Isofix anchors for easy installation. Alternatively, the base can be used in non-Isofix cars as a belt tensioning device for added security. A lever release makes getting baby out of the car hassle-free.
Colour-coded indicators
Indicators on the Cybex Isofix base let you know when your car seat is correctly fitted. Check for the green indicator to ensure baby is properly secure.
Support leg
An adjustable support leg improves the stability of your car seat, ensuring little passengers have a smooth ride.
Cybex offer a 36 month warranty on all products from date of purchase.
During this period, Cybex may repair or replace the product if it is found by the manufacturer to be defective in material or workmanship. Warranty does not cover the effects of normal wear and tear or damages resulting from negligence, modification, improper installation, accidents, misuse or abuse of this product.
The Cybex importer in South Africa, based in Jhb South, carries the tools and imports spare parts if needed, to carry out any repairs.
