Originating from subtropical parts of Asia, the First Diamond Aglaonema likes to be kept warm and away from any cold, drafty spots. Being easy to look after, it is a great starter houseplant to try growing. 

The First Diamond Aglaonema will grow in any indoor room. However, preferring moderate to high humidity levels, it is ideal for growing in a bathroom or kitchen.  This aglaonema can tolerate low to bright light, just don’t let it receive harsh direct sunlight, which can harm the foliage. Brighter light levels will help encourage strong and lush growth. Preferring higher humidity levels, this plant will benefit from being placed on a wet pebble tray and being misted regularly. Native to subtropical areas, it is no surprise that this plant likes to be kept at 65 to 80 °F. If any leaves appear to dry out or die back, they can simply be removed by cutting at the base of the stem using a pair of sanitized and sharp scissors.
