Monstera Yellow Marilyn is a unique and eye-catching variety of Monstera, known for its striking yellow and green variegated leaves. This variety features large, glossy leaves with an elegant mix of bright yellow hues that stand out against the darker green of the rest of the leaf. Care Recommendations:
- 🌡️ Temperature: Ideal between 65-80°F (18-27°C).
- 💧 Humidity: Prefers high humidity, ideally above 60%.
- 🌞 Light: Thrives in bright, indirect light to help preserve the vibrant yellow variegation.
Difficulty Level (1-5): 3
Difficulty:
Monstera Yellow Marilyn requires consistent humidity and bright, indirect light to maintain its beautiful variegation. Overexposure to direct sunlight can cause the yellow portions of the leaves to burn, so it’s best to place it in a location with filtered light. The plant needs well-draining soil, and overwatering should be avoided to prevent root rot. Regular watering is necessary, but the soil should dry out slightly between waterings. This variety is best suited for experienced plant owners who can provide the right care to preserve its striking appearance and variegation.
