-Each wooden heart planter is hand-made, stained brown, then planted with vibrant and colorful succulents. In this arrangement, the succulents are adhesively attached inside of the wooden heart with moss. The succulents will continue to grow in the moss. 

-The wooden hearts measure 7x7in, and come with a metal hanger on the backside. 

-Each heart is made fresh to order, so the succulent varieties will vary in colors, etc. 

-To care for the succulent hearts, mist gently with water 1-2x per week. Succulents thrive in bright light locations. Care cards come with each order.
