Sustainability
The Bugaboo Butterfly 2 is our most sustainable Bugaboo stroller thanks to the smart design, the use of bio-based material and recycled aluminum.
- Recycled aluminum. The tube are made of 60% recycled aluminum that has the same quality as you can expect from Bugaboo products.
- Bio-based plastic. The engineering plastic parts are made from bio-based plastics which are plastics derived from renewable biological sources. This decreased the environmental impact associated with conventional plastics.
- Footprint. Compared to our previous model, the footprint of the Bugaboo Butterfly 2 reduces with -30% to deliver on our strategy Push to Zero. This commits Bugaboo to reduce its CO2 emissions to zero by 2035, ensuring we are building on a better future.

Total game changer
Great frother. Nice capacity for a lot of foam. I've had it for a couple months. It's started out pretty quiet for about a month but I've noticed that the motor seems to be a little louder than usual but still a low sound. Not a big deal though. It works great.
Just wanted to mention that the quality of milk matters. For example, I shop at Aldi and I get their oat milk. It doesn't froth as good as a higher quality name brand oat milk. Lower quality almond milk won't hardly froth at all. Get a high quality almond milk. Whole milk and 2% does great. I love the fact that I can warm my milk in case I want a hot matcha latte which I have often or golden milk. I also want to mention that I also use flavored creamer which makes a nice foam. Cold or hot
This machine is a space saver. Easy to use. Easy to clean. You get two frothing elements which can be cleverly hidden under the frother when not in use. I use this almost every day. I really recommend this frother. It's a game changer

One of My Most Used Kitchen Appliances
I've been using this milk frother almost every day, and it's become one of my favorite kitchen appliances.
I originally purchased it because I wanted an easy way to make coffee shop-style drinks at home instead of spending money on coffee runs. It works great for both hot and cold foam, so I use it year-round for everything from hot coffee to iced coffee.
The foam comes out smooth and creamy, and it's made a noticeable difference in my homemade drinks. I also like that it's simple to use and easy to clean after each use.
If you enjoy lattes, iced coffee, cappuccinos, or just want to make your morning coffee feel a little more special, this has been a worthwhile purchase for me. It's one of those products that I use often enough that it has easily earned a permanent spot on my kitchen counter.

I love this thing!
Best invention ever! This little milk frother froths perfectly every time and maintains its foam height for the perfect latte or iced coffee. It works much better than my steamer/frother on my espresso machine so much so that I don’t feel like I need the espresso machine anymore, especially if I use this in tandem with a coffee press. The frother is compact so it doesn’t take up counter space, it’s quiet, and it is easy to clean and it creates foam for a coffee that tastes like I just went to a coffee shop! What more could you ask for?

Perfect Gift for Coffee-Loving (or Hot Cocoa) People
If you're looking for a solid gift for your significant other and don't quite know the difference between a milk frother and a milk steamer yet (like me three days before), this is the one to get because it does both!
My girlfriend is a wonderful barista and had been wanting a milk steamer for a while. A lot of options out there are incredibly expensive and difficult to wash, but this one was a fantastic price for such a great appliance.
Here are some of the specs:
For power, blending power is amazing, but just note that it froths a lot, like a lot. You'll get about a 3:1 froth-to-milk ratio at the max setting, and a 1:1 ratio at even at the lowest setting.
For temperature, steamer gets the milk perfectly warm and hot for whatever you feel like, whether lattes or hot chocolate.
For cleaning, some reviewers also mentioned having trouble cleaning the small hole at the bottom of the frothing whisk. But other than that, the frothing whisk is actually magnetic. You can just pop it off and attach it to the side of the cup while washing, which is super convenient.
Overall, if you are missing a milk steamer in your kitchen setup to heat up milk properly or need a gift for a coffee enthusiastic friend or significant other, this is definitely worth the money!
