Pinguicula kondoi is a species that was first described in 1971. There is some debate that this may be synonymous with P. reticulata, but that hypothesis has yet to be confirmed. P. kondoi will produce its smaller, succulent leaves in both summer and winter. At maturity this species remains small, about 0.5-0.75" in diameter. The flowers more than make up for their small size! Beautiful white flowers with bright purple-pink veining last for weeks.
