During the warm summer months, Sempervivum Chick Charms® 'Gold Nugget' is a fresh, lime-green color. It is during the colder months of winter into early spring that 'Gold Nugget' becomes the star of the rock garden. As the weather turns chilly, the rosettes begin to turn yellow. From late winter into early spring, 'Gold Nugget' glows a brilliant gold color, with each leaf tipped with electric orangy-red. To see Sempervivum Chick Charms® 'Gold Nugget' in its full neon glory is definitely an OMG experience!! Like the Hen & Chicks you're familiar with, Sempervivum Chick Charms® 'Gold Nugget' is easy to grow in a sunny spot with average, well drained soil. Excellent in hot, dry situations and perfect in rock gardens, troughs, vertical gardens, and succulent container gardens. Heavy duty brackets!

These brackets are heavy duty and came with the correct hardware. They were easy to install, the two holes were so helpful to know where to mark them. I think because they’re heavy duty you can place a good amount of weight on your shelves. The only thing I wasn’t happy with is that 4/69 of shelves, the paint was chipping but it was the perfect gold color.

Ignore the “Frequently returned item” message!

I usually don’t write reviews but I thought I should for these shelves. I was a little skeptical on these based on the “Frequently returned item” message but I decided to give them a shot and I’m glad I did! These shelves are solid and well made, beautiful color, fit perfectly in the corner of my wall, and are easy to hang. I’m not sure why they are frequently returned but I will be ordering another set for my wife’s side of the room.
