Sedum dasyphyllum 'Major', also known as Corsican Stonecrop or Thick-leaved Stonecrop, is a hardy, low-growing succulent celebrated for its plump, powdery blue-green foliage that blushes with pink or lavender in full sun or cooler weather. Forming tight mats of rosettes, this charming groundcover thrives in poor, dry soils and rocky crevices, making it ideal for xeriscaping, rock gardens, and container displays. In late spring to early summer, it sends up delicate sprays of tiny star-shaped white flowers, attracting pollinators while adding a graceful, understated elegance. Its drought tolerance and ease of care make it a natural fit for those seeking both beauty and resilience in their garden design.

Perfect for edging borders, tucking between stepping stones, or cascading over walls, Sedum dasyphyllum 'Major' is as versatile as it is visually appealing. Whether you're a seasoned plant lover or a curious beginner, this delightful succulent adds texture, charm, and year-round interest with minimal fuss. Add Sedum 'Major' to your garden today and let its subtle hues and tough spirit bring quiet joy to your outdoor sanctuary.

It is worth purchasing a Protection Plan on an unfamiliar item
Bought a 3-year protection plan for a nut milk maker machine for $5.99. It was a fairly new kitchen item in our household and we were not familiar with the brand. So, I bought the plan for a piece (peace) of mind. The machine worked nicely for about 18-20 months with daily use until it tripped the circuit outlet. My initial chat with Asurion did not go as I expected due to discrepancy on their end as they see a protection plan for the nut milk maker as a sporting goods valued between $100-$199, not as a kitchen item valued between $30-$39.99. ( I had bought 3 different protection plan on th same day for multiple items purchased on Prime Days). They were looking at a different plan and I was unable to get them to "scroll over" to the appropriate protection plan. I tried again on a different day during the first hour of their contact hours and had a cheerful Asurion agent who was able to find the appropriate kitchen item protection plan. It was a simple and thorough conversation and transaction. I was refunded within hours after I packed up and dropped off the damaged item out to UPS. Moral of the story: Asurion Protection Plan is worth it and contact them at the start of their first day shift, not at the end of their evening shift.
