Adjustable Cable Crossover delivers versatile, full-body strength training with smooth resistance and commercial-grade durability. The French Fitness FFB Black Adjustable Cable Crossover is engineered to support functional training, hypertrophy programming, and rehabilitation work in professional gym environments.
Constructed from 11-gauge steel using 65 x 114 x 3 mm flat oval tubing, this system provides structural stability under continuous daily use. Each column features independent weight stacks of 220 lbs per side, upgradeable to 265 lbs per side at the time of purchase. The 2:1 pulley ratio ensures controlled resistance progression while allowing extended cable travel for fluid movement patterns.
With 20 vertical height adjustments and 180-degree swivel pulleys, users can perform chest fly variations, cable presses, rows, curls, triceps extensions, core rotations, and sport-specific movements from multiple angles. Nylon-coated military-spec cables and fiberglass-impregnated nylon pulleys with sealed bearings promote consistent motion and long-term reliability. Aluminum collar-retained grips prevent slippage during demanding sessions.
The 102-inch spacing between cable columns allows unrestricted crossover movements, while the heavy 882 lb frame weight enhances stability. Designed for commercial facilities, studios, and advanced home gyms, the Adjustable Cable Crossover supports users up to 350 lbs and accommodates a wide range of training intensities.
For facilities seeking a durable cable system that maximizes exercise variety while maintaining space efficiency, this unit delivers reliable performance and scalable resistance in one streamlined design.
