Description: These plants make an excellent floating plant package that can be used for aquariums, ponds, or mini water gardens. The plants are very low maintenance and can thrive in most aquatic environments(like a jar on a window sill) while also providing shelter and a natural environment for fish (if used in aquariums or ponds). Floating plants act as natural filters by absorbing harmful nitrates and chemicals that accumulate in water. They help control algae as they easily outcompete the algae for nutrients and light. These plants are as useful as they are beautiful and easy to keep.

Unwanted pests and hitchhikers such as snails, larvae, eggs, are common and to be expected, unless the plant is grown in-vitro aka tissue culture/lab grown. A 1:20 ratio bleach to water dip is generally recommended for most plants; so if you want to be sure your plant is 100% sterilized against unwanted pests or algae, please perform a bleach dip, and definitely always wash and rinse plants before introducing them to any new environment.
