The Cybex VR2 Dual Axis Pulldown features Dual Axis Technology, which lets users determine their optimal path of motion with resistance provided in two directions. This maximizes loading in the muscles for a more effective workout. The Dual Axis Pulldown provides neutral handles for a close grip overhead rowing motion with handles that “free float” to encourage correct pulling motion through the center of the body.

Cybex VR2 is a 32-piece high performance line of resistance strength training equipment. It provides users with a premium quality experience with features for total comfort, safety, and ease of use. Innovative Dual Axis technology on select upper body movements allows the user to determine their own path of movement and provides resistance in two directions to ensure biomechanically superior results.

A Cybex VR2 Dual Axis Pulldown is, and can best be described as follows: A Lat Pulldown is a plate-loaded or selectorized piece of fitness equipment designed to strengthen the back and shoulder muscles when the user smoothly pulls down an overhead bar and squeezes the shoulder blades together. The user is seated with the knees braced under pads and grasps the overhead bar with the desired width and grip for the specific muscle(s) being trained.
